Mercia we appreciate the importance of reliability so, over the years,
we have invested more and more time and resources to ensure we understand
the type of service each of our customers need. As a result, we have developed
a portfolio of service products that covers just about every eventuality,
from a comprehensive breakdown service, to computer monitored, planned
preventative maintenance programmes.

We understand the quality of our service will only be as good as the quality
of our service engineers. We believe we have just about the best team
in the business and by continuing to invest more into training and development
we are sure we will continue to offer our customers the level of engineering
expertise they should quite rightly expect. After all, we have built our
reputation on service. In the field, each of our engineers is fully equipped
with a mobile workshop with diagnostics and communications facilities
linked into our IT centre at head office. This means they can check out
a truck’s service history on site and normally resolve the problem
on the spot.
COST ANAYLSIS AND MANAGEMENT REPORTING
On the basis that prevention is better than cure, our range of preventative
maintenance programmes is designed to keep your running costs to a minimum.
Schedules are monitored and controlled through our IT centre, enabling
us to anticipate and resolve many problems before they occur. In addition
we also provide our customers with a series of diagnostic and operational
reports. These can be called off on a monthly, weekly or even daily basis
to suit your business – keeping you informed
and in control.
